Train of thought and technological system of energy efficiency in residential buildings in Yangtze Basin

Analyses the climate characteristics and necessity of energy saving in residential buildings and standards of thermal environment and energy efficiency in this region. Puts forward a concrete technology roadmap suitable for energy efficiency improvement in this scope. Proposes to adopt two sets of quality guarantee standards of thermal environment. Gives energy efficiency measures including sunlight adjustment, ventilation improvement, heat insulation, damp-proofing, one-family-unit base and separate control of temperature and humidity for meeting the requirements of the standards.
